Amplifying marginalized voices
While there is a pressing need to address the issue of school exclusion, the voices of excluded youth are rarely heard. Yet, when asked to share their own experiences of exclusion, children can offer unique insights into issues of causation and the faults of the school system as a whole. We reach into the margins to amplify excluded voices.
Empowering social change
Significant opportunities for change are created when children are provided with the space and influence to have their say. We combine our industry expertise, academic knowledge and disruptive abilities to empower social change by adopting a transformational approach to change.
Disrupting chaos
Chaos theory tells us there is an order or pattern to everything. Sometimes, it‘s particularly hard to spot. By combining concepts underpinning chaos theory with an anti-oppressive approach, we operate to bring order to chaos by identifying and dismantling exclusionary forces which allow us to re-frame disruption as a force for social good.
